Well, it all started with two brothers, who, in 1998 decided it was time to leave the corporate world and live a life where a living was made, off of not wearing ties but instead, making ties. Go figure right? After pushing ties on the beaches of Martha’s Vineyard and realizing their dreams were possible, Shep & Ian of Vineyard Vines have transformed their vision into an iconic brand, message and by all means a tremendous company. What matters most are the values they have instilled in both the brand, and their interaction with fans and the locations their stores have gone to. The Edgartown store is special, so we’re highly encouraging you to take a wander over to 19 Winter Street and spend some time with the Whale. There’s an incredible staff eager to Whalecome you to what we’ve all come to love: The Good Life. So grab a tie, snag a shirt, or just plain stop in to say hi.
