What’s Up For The Weekend 08/04

White Party on the Seastreak – Martha & All

We don’t know if you’ve checked the calendar lately but its already August and we’re determined to make the best of the weather while we have it. What a better way to carpe diem than with a sunset cruise aboard one of Seastreak’s tricked out catamaran ferries. On August 13^th, Chouette Fete and What’s Up Martha are bringing you “Nu Disco.” Get down and party up to the dance beats from some of NYC’s most beloved DJ’s from PlantMusic.com while the ship steams down the Aquinnah cliffs.  All white attire is a must and appropriate for the full moon that will illuminate this insane floating dance party. Tickets are $40 and are available at the Seastreak office, Alleys, and Aboveground Records.  Rumor has it that there might even be a full moon after party at the Sandbar. The clocks a tickin’ on 2011 people. Get your #$% to the dock at 6 P.M. on the 13^th and make a few memories with your pal Martha.

Concert Series on the Alabama

Martha kinda just fell in love.  Chill tunes aboard The Alabama, one of the famed Black DogTall Ships at Sunset…jaw-drop-night? Totally.  And the best part? There are 4 concerts in this Chill Summer Series.  We’ve all absolutely earned a splurge night on the water. Not sure about you, but we dream of tall ships. And in terms of the #MarthaBucketList – a sunset cruise with tunes – really good tunes – is near the top. No question. Read More Here!

2^nd Annual Find the Whale!!!

5 Days – 5 Clues – 5 Chances to score some of your favorite vineyard vines merch and 5 opps at some serious bragging rights.  This is our second time around the block and this year we are super psyched.  Starting Monday, August 8th check our FB page at 9am for the clue and then get moving….there is only one whale in each location so, yes, its a race. vineyard vines rewards will be redeemed at the vineyard vines store noted on the whale.  C’mon, who doesn’t love a scavenger hunt?
