Straight up, this place is a hell of a cool spot to grab a drink. It’s downstairs in a colonial building with a brick facade wall older than you can imagine and a fireplace that you know has lighted the room for some beer drinking patrons many a night. The bar is super chill with various personalized glasses and mugs around for the diehard visitors who claim their own drinking vessel. The brews poured are Tall, Cold and sure enough to add some hop to your step on your way out. The history alone and the entire vibe of the place is surely one of the reasons why we time and again come back to the Newes to kick back, hide out and mingle with the finest. Dark to some, but cozy to us, it’s a place to enjoy your friends, make new ones and live it well.
