Don’t be alarmed by the freshly caught Bluefish as you clicked into this page. It went to a good grill, we mean um home, well you get the idea. Luckily, Bluefish Taxi has nothing to do with those fierce blues running around the island of Martha’s Vineyard but they do have something in common with “We run every Shore” as their slogan readily states. The days of riding around in horse & buggy are over, but that essence lives on, well in some form or another with the Taxi company Stagecoach. If you’re out on the Vineyard for a wedding, business, travel or just plain had far too much to drink at the watering hole, give them a call and they’ll be swooping in, maybe even cowboy style to get you to where you need to be. With an easy 1-800 number you won’t be breaking the bank on those phone calls and still getting a sweet ride to where you need to be. Vineyard Transit Authority- Those Big White Buses

Back in the day, these buses were non existent on the island of Martha’s Vineyard. Luckily for all of us, the bus system on island is super easy to use, inexpensive and will get you to just about every corner of this island. Whether you want to hitch a ride down to South Beach to soak in some rays or out to Menemsha to get down and dirty with a plate full of seafood and an epic sunset. The VTA works hard to make sure your Summer is moving along nicely with various bus stops along the roads and towns. Stop by their website to double check the times and schedule and make sure to remember that you can always toss on your bike on the front if your legs are turning to rubber. It’s a win win situation and Martha is glad to let you know about it.
